Agricultural Stewardship Association

ASA is a private, community-supported non-profit land trust created in 1990.
It works with landowners to protect vital and irreplaceable farm and forest
lands in Washington and Rensselaer counties for the benefit of the community
and generations to come.

Historic Barns of Nipmoose

Extraordinary examples of agricultural heritage of the northeastern Hudson River Valley region. The Historic Barns of Nipmoose are owned by The Persistence Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the dual mission of conserving agricultural lands and preserving agricultural heritage.

The Hoosic River Greenway project is creating a 2.5 mile outdoor, public recreation trail in the Village of Hoosick Falls.
